Took my blind, senior dog for his first groom since going blind. I explained to the staff the situation. Part way through the groom, they touched base to let me know my old man was very anxious and they wouldn’t be able to finish the groom. They were compassionate, caring, and kept me updated. I am so appreciative of the staff for keeping my old man’s safety and comfort top of mind. Even though they got through the majority of the groom, they did not charge me. Thank you, thank you for your professionalism and caring! Reggie thanks you, too! ❤️

Just had my new puppy groomed there and they did a great job he had never been groomed before and was worried about his anxiety and he turned out so beautiful and his anxiety level was great no worries no problems and he did great they were awesome I am so impressed with them I would use them from here on out for him prices were awesome they are amazing thank you so much Darcy

Really happy to have a local business who hire people who really care about the animals. My dog needs her nails ground down every 3 weeks and they always make time for us!
